individual components with integrated control of dimensions, micro-defects and cleanliness, which is crucial for applications in the field of electromobility. The system was designed with an emphasis on flexibility, safety and reliability to meet the demanding requirements of development environments. data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1214\">Our task included the processing of complete electrical design documentation in the EPLAN environment (2D and 3D designs), including the design of electrical switchgear, drive systems, safety features and integration of peripheral equipment. The designs were carried out in accordance with applicable technical standards, in particular EN ISO 13849-1 and IEC 62061.   <span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); color: var(--the7-base-color); letter-spacing: var(--the7-base-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--the7-base-text-transform); word-spacing: normal;\">The configuration of the PLC system on the TwinCAT 3 platform was also delivered, together with the design of the basic structure of the control software. This included the setup of the drives, the configuration of the servo amplifiers as well as the implementation of the safety logic using TwinSAFE.   <\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1886\">The cooperation also included coordination and technical support of the installation team during the on-site installation of the equipment in Germany, including solving technical issues and checking compliance with the project documentation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50
