f\u00fcr die Prozessausr\u00fcstung. Die Implementierung bestand in der Ausstattung von VIPA E\/A-Modulen mit digitalen Ein- und Ausg\u00e4ngen, die die Verbindung zwischen Sensoren und Aktoren herstellen. <\/p><p data-start=\"399\" data-end=\"614\">In das System wurden Schalttafeln mit LED-Signalisierung integriert, die eine einfache und sichere Bedienung erm\u00f6glichen. Sie zeigen die Belegung des lokalen Lagers f\u00fcr die Produktionslinie an, wobei der Bediener manuell zwischen leerem und vollem Lager umschaltet und so die f\u00fcr Logistik und Lager zust\u00e4ndigen Mitarbeiter informiert.  <\/p><p data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"896\">Der Softwareteil bestand in der Programmierung der Steuerungslogik in der TIA Portal V16 Umgebung, wobei wir uns auf die Reparatur und Neuprogrammierung der Funktionsbl\u00f6cke f\u00fcr die bestehende Version des Programms konzentrierten. Anschlie\u00dfend bestand der n\u00e4chste, ebenso wichtige Schritt darin, das Programm in die SPS hochzuladen und unter Betriebsbedingungen zu testen.   <\/p><p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1101\">Nachdem wir die Funktionalit\u00e4t des Programms getestet hatten, boten wir dem Kunden schlie\u00dflich auch die Erstellung der Projektdokumentation und die Verzeichnung des data-end=\"769\">Die Umsetzung des Projekts bestand aus mehreren technischen und softwareseitigen Schritten, die die volle Funktionalit\u00e4t des Steuerungssystems sicherstellten. In der ersten Phase wurden E\/A-Module mit digitalen Ein- und Ausg\u00e4ngen in der Schalttafel installiert, um eine Schnittstelle zwischen den Prozesssensoren und den Aktoren der Anlage zu schaffen. Die Hardware-Integration umfasste auch den Anschluss von Drucktastenfeldern mit LED-Signalisierung, die eine manuelle Steuerung und visuelle Anzeige des Status des lokalen Lagers erm\u00f6glichen. Diese Funktion gew\u00e4hrleistete eine einfache Bedienung f\u00fcr die Produktions- und Logistikmitarbeiter und schuf gleichzeitig eine klare Kommunikationsbr\u00fccke zwischen dem Betrieb und dem Kontrollsystem.   <\/p><p data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"1231\">Der Softwareteil der Implementierung wurde in der TIA Portal V16-Umgebung implementiert, wo die bestehende Steuerlogik modifiziert und erweitert wurde. Es wurden neue Funktionsbl\u00f6cke hinzugef\u00fcgt, um die korrekte Interpretation der Signale von den Panels und ihre anschlie\u00dfende Verarbeitung in der Steuerlogik sicherzustellen. Nach den \u00c4nderungen wurde das Programm auf die SPS hochgeladen und der Prozess der Fehlersuche und des Testens unter realen Betriebsbedingungen durchgef\u00fchrt, um die Funktionalit\u00e4t, Stabilit\u00e4t und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit des Systems zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.  <\/p><p data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1552\">Als letzte Phase der Implementierung wurde eine Projektdokumentation erstellt, die den Ist-Zustand der Verkabelung in der Schaltanlage einschlie\u00dflich der installierten E\/A-Module erfasst. Diese Dokumentation dient nicht nur als technische Grundlage f\u00fcr die weitere Entwicklung des Systems, sondern auch als Referenzmaterial f\u00fcr k\u00fcnftige Service- und Wartungseingriffe.
