Brennstoffzellen-Stapelsystems haben wir das elektrische Design und die technische Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr die Montagearbeiten geliefert.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"32\" data-end=\"431\">Ziel des Ger\u00e4ts war es, eine hochpr\u00e4zise Stapelung einzelner Komponenten mit integrierter Kontrolle der Abmessungen, Mikrodefekte und Sauberkeit zu erreichen, was f\u00fcr Anwendungen im Bereich der Elektromobilit\u00e4t entscheidend ist. Bei der Konzeption des Systems wurde besonderer Wert auf Flexibilit\u00e4t, Sicherheit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit gelegt, um den hohen Anforderungen der Entwicklungsumgebung gerecht zu werden. data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1214\">Unsere Aufgabe umfasste die Bearbeitung der kompletten elektrischen Konstruktionsunterlagen in der EPLAN-Umgebung (2D- und 3D-Konstruktionen), einschlie\u00dflich der Konstruktion von elektrischen Schaltanlagen, Antriebssystemen, Sicherheitseinrichtungen und der Integration von Peripherieger\u00e4ten. Die Konstruktionen wurden in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den geltenden technischen Normen, insbesondere EN ISO 13849-1 und IEC 62061, durchgef\u00fchrt.   <span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0); color: var(--the7-base-color); letter-spacing: var(--the7-base-letter-spacing); text-transform: var(--the7-base-text-transform); word-spacing: normal;\">Die Konfiguration des SPS-Systems auf der TwinCAT 3 Plattform wurde ebenfalls geliefert, zusammen mit dem Entwurf der Grundstruktur der Steuerungssoftware. Dazu geh\u00f6rten die Einrichtung der Antriebe, die Konfiguration der Servoverst\u00e4rker sowie die Implementierung der Sicherheitslogik mit TwinSAFE.   <\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1886\">Die Zusammenarbeit umfasste auch die Koordinierung und technische Unterst\u00fctzung des Installationsteams w\u00e4hrend der Installation der Ger\u00e4te vor Ort in Deutschland, einschlie\u00dflich der L\u00f6sung technischer Probleme und der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Einhaltung der
